Knowledge Graph Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Graph Engineer to lead the design and evolution of their enterprise knowledge graph and semantic layer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select graph stores and design reference architectures ensuring scalability and security
• Implement ingestion and ELT jobs, configure inference rules, and automate performance tests
• Build REST/GraphQL-LD wrappers, collaborate with product teams, and define a multi-year knowledge-graph roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing or implementing production knowledge graphs with a commercial semantic platform
• Expert knowledge of RDF/OWL, SPARQL, and graph-query optimization
• Strong cloud data-architecture skills in Azure, AWS, or GCP, and fluency in Python or Java
• Experience embedding knowledge graphs into LLM/RAG pipelines
• Proven track record of running vendor PoCs and presenting assessments on fit, cost, and risk
