Job Summary
A company is looking for a Knowledge Lead for internal employees only.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Knowledge Management System (KMS) to ensure accuracy and accessibility of knowledge assets
- Analyze support data to identify gaps in client-facing content and collaborate with teams to improve self-service resources
- Monitor usage analytics and provide actionable insights to optimize knowledge management effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in support, knowledge management, or a related role
- Proficiency with KM platforms such as Salesforce, Confluence, or Zendesk
- Familiarity with the KCS process and reporting/analytics tools
- Medical/Clinical experience or previous SaaS/Healthcare IT experience preferred
