Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Lead for internal employees only.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the Knowledge Management System (KMS) to ensure accuracy and accessibility of knowledge assets
  • Analyze support data to identify gaps in client-facing content and collaborate with teams to improve self-service resources
  • Monitor usage analytics and provide actionable insights to optimize knowledge management effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in support, knowledge management, or a related role
  • Proficiency with KM platforms such as Salesforce, Confluence, or Zendesk
  • Familiarity with the KCS process and reporting/analytics tools
  • Medical/Clinical experience or previous SaaS/Healthcare IT experience preferred
