Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge & Learning Manager to translate complex scientific and clinical information into engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning content in collaboration with study teams and medical experts
• Translate complex clinical concepts into practical learning for internal teams and service providers
• Monitor engagement and understanding to continuously optimize learning outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, or scientific training
• Understanding of clinical development processes and cross-functional study operations
• Ability to convert technical information into engaging, learner-centered materials
