Knowledge Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with SMEs and other teams to optimize knowledge management processes
• Take ownership of content creation workflows and facilitate efficient distribution of knowledge
• Contribute to the development and implementation of templates, learning models, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of work experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in knowledge management or related fields
• Experience with process design, information architecture, and KB management
• Bachelor's degree in communication, education, or computer sciences preferred
• Prior experience with knowledge management systems and tools like Confluence, Jira, Box, Sharepoint
• Experience in leveraging technology for content creation and management
