Knowledge Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Analyst to design and maintain a knowledge management tool for data extraction and proposal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and maintain the knowledge management library by creating and revising content
• Create internal workflows for content maintenance and train end users on new processes
• Research and validate information to ensure it meets business unit needs and RFP requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Knowledge/Content Management, or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in categorizing and interpreting content, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Understanding of managed care principles
• Knowledge of Medicaid and insurance preferred
