Knowledge Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting organizational growth initiatives, the full-time remote Knowledge Management Analyst will manage knowledge-sharing resources, coordinate training programs, and develop communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and adoption of new tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of knowledge-sharing resources and content for Growth initiatives
• Coordinate and execute training programs, partnering with subject matter experts to create learning materials
• Develop communications that promote employee participation and engagement in Growth initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 3+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience with Knowledge Management tools including SharePoint and AI
• Proven background in learning curriculum development and training facilitation
• Experience in employee communications and project management
• US Citizenship is required
