Job Summary
Supporting the Department of War client, the remote Knowledge Management Analyst will capture, organize, and maintain program knowledge while ensuring documentation governance and training readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and maintain project knowledge assets, including requirements, process flows, and operational procedures
- Administer centralized document repositories to ensure accessibility and governance of approved artifacts
- Develop user-facing documentation such as SOPs, quick reference guides, and troubleshooting materials
Required qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5-10+ years of experience in knowledge management and documentation governance
- Experience managing large volumes of project documentation in structured repositories
- Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and content governance
