Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor to senior federal leadership, the full-time remote Knowledge Management Analyst will anticipate client needs, drive project workstreams, and deliver polished executive deliverables while supporting workforce knowledge management efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Editing recorded training videos and producing transcripts using Camtasia and Microsoft Stream
- Maintaining SharePoint sites and ensuring secure file management and up-to-date content
- Developing organizational communication products, including executive briefs and training decks
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a government consultant or support contractor
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with tools such as Adobe In-Design and Camtasia
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint
- U.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation by the client agency
