Knowledge Management and Evidence Synthesis Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management and Evidence Synthesis Director (Pillar 2) for their International Development Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of strategies and activities under Pillar 2
• Manage information and accrued knowledge to create, share, and use efficiently and strategically
• Foster strong networks and communities of practice to facilitate learning and innovation within the realm of food assistance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Phd degree or MSc in a relevant field such as Information Science, Knowledge Management, Economics, Public Health, or International Development
• Proven leadership in knowledge management and evidence syntheses in international development research and evaluation
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in knowledge management and systematic reviews, preferably in sectors related to food assistance, nutrition, or international development
• Knowledge of evidence-based programming in international development
• Experience in working with USAID or other international donor-funded projects is desirable but not required
