Knowledge Management Architect

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end knowledge management efforts, the temporary remote Knowledge Management Architect will develop, govern, and maintain a knowledge base that supports AI-driven solutions, ensuring high-quality information delivery to users.

Key responsibilities

• Author high-quality knowledge articles and documentation aligned with organizational events and stakeholder needs
• Enforce knowledge governance policies, including content approval workflows and review cycles
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate representation of specialized knowledge

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or content strategy
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in Content Architecture
• Strong capabilities in Analytical Storytelling
• Proven Project Management skills
