Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Knowledge Management Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including stakeholder engagement and project completion
• Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data and metrics, and assist in developing mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement communication and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
• 3+ years of experience with knowledge management and content management systems
• 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, or data analysis
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
• 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows and related procedures
