Knowledge Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Knowledge Management Optimization to join their Knowledge Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including creating project plans and managing stakeholder relationships
• Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data and metrics, and assist in developing departmental metrics and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience with knowledge management and content management systems
• 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, or data analysis
• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end project management
• 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows and procedures
