Knowledge Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Consultant (Contract) to lead the restructuring of internal documentation and information workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of documentation across Notion and Google Workspace, categorizing assets by relevance and lifecycle stage
• Design and implement a unified internal "Content Map" with standardized naming conventions and tagging systems
• Partner with leadership to establish uniform procedures for content creation, storage, and maintenance, ensuring a formal company-wide rollout

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Information Architecture, Knowledge Management, or Content Strategy within a corporate environment
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as Notion AI and Gemini for data retrieval and organization
• Advanced technical command of Notion and Google Workspace
• Demonstrated ability to lead groups toward consensus on operational procedures and process rollouts
