Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Knowledge Management Document Coordinator will manage documentation processes by ensuring Plans of Record are complete and accessible for design teams, while collaborating with product development teams to address documentation gaps.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for product development team members, providing timely responses to queries
- Align multiple stakeholders and document owners to ensure comprehensive accounting of products and programs
- Support the review and validation of automated status reporting for accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience with SQL, advanced spreadsheet formulas, JavaScript, and/or Google App Script
- Background as a construction project engineer with experience in project documentation closeout
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
