Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and implementing knowledge management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Library Science, or related field; master's preferred
• Knowledge management certification preferred
• Experience with knowledge management technologies and emerging tools like AI
