Knowledge Management Program Manager

Job Summary

Guiding the NVIS Knowledge Management initiative, the full-time Knowledge Management Program Manager will define the strategy and governance model, develop the Knowledge Base platform, and drive organization-wide knowledge adoption while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term strategy, roadmap, and governance model for the NVIS Knowledge Management program
• Guide the creation of the Knowledge Base platform as the definitive reference for deployment and operational documentation
• Establish program metrics and executive dashboards to measure adoption, content quality, and business impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Knowledge Management, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of program management or knowledge management experience leading complex multi-functional initiatives
• Proven track record in establishing enterprise Knowledge Management programs, including governance and adoption strategies
• Experience with enterprise Knowledge Management or IT Service Management systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making and continuous improvement
