Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist for a fully remote job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define knowledge management strategy for customer self-service and maintain high-quality, searchable content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer content experience and optimize usability
  • Manage knowledge article lifecycle, analyze data for content improvements, and implement solutions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of information and knowledge management experience
  • 5+ years of writing and editing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Writing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Experience with XML and HTML, structured content design, and customer analysis
