Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist in Work From Home

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes and requirements
• Gathers and analyzes business and stakeholder requirements to recommend business practices and procedures
• Analyzes information from various sources and escalates matters of business risk when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of related experience
• Consulting certifications (i.e. BPM, Six Sigma, ASQ) preferred
• Insurance industry knowledge
• Authorization to work in the United States
