Job Summary

To support multiple partner programs in their AI deployment journey, the full-time remote Knowledge Management Specialist II will manage and optimize content within knowledge bases, ensuring accurate and relevant information is available for AI systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Support partner programs by maintaining strong, accurate knowledge bases for AI solutions
  • Conduct ongoing knowledge analysis to assess and improve content quality and structure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align knowledge strategies with AI goals and validate content changes
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Knowledge Management or content creation
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Confluence, or HubSpot is a plus
  • Basic understanding of AI systems and their reliance on organized information
  • Proactive communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on content categorization and navigation
