Job Summary
Supporting the development and governance of knowledge content, the full-time Knowledge Management Specialist will manage content lifecycle activities, including audits, publishing, and optimization, while working remotely to enhance the customer experience for frontline employees.
Key responsibilities
- Manage content intake requests and ensure alignment with business needs and content priorities
- Conduct content audits and AI assessments to identify gaps and improve content quality and usability
- Publish and maintain knowledge content in management systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in knowledge management or content governance
- Experience with content management systems and reporting tools such as SmartSheet and Jira
- Familiarity with content standards, governance requirements, and AI best practices
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines
