Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Strategist to design, implement, and optimize a centralized content repository.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a knowledge management strategy, including governance, taxonomy, and workflows
  • Build and maintain a ServiceNow Knowledge Base, ensuring content is accurate, searchable, and reusable
  • Partner with subject matter experts to capture, document, and standardize institutional knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or related fields
  • Proven experience building and implementing ServiceNow Knowledge Base environments
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and reusable content strategies
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences to extract and document complex information
