Job Summary
A company is looking for a Knowledge Manager/Senior Manager to own and drive adoption of the knowledge management tech stack, aggregate and prioritize research requirements and knowledge gaps, and supervise researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive adoption of the knowledge management tech stack
- Aggregate and prioritize research requirements and knowledge gaps in the organization
- Supervise individuals conducting research ensuring comprehensiveness and high quality
Required Qualifications:
- Experience designing and implementing knowledge management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with highly-distributed, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrable people management experience and skills
- Demonstrable project-management experience and skills
- Experience in a library, academic, or corporate research setting (nice to have)
