Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the ServiceNow Knowledgebase and other platforms
  • Develop structured knowledge transfer processes and coordinate training sessions for engineering teams
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to enhance knowledge discovery and ensure seamless knowledge transition between teams
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree with 5-7 years of experience, MS with 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years of experience
  • Experience in overseeing documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Proficiency in developing structured knowledge transfer processes and creating SOPs
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Management Systems such as ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, or Teams
  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and clearance
