Job Summary

Knowledge Manager supports the SEC Infrastructure Support Services contract in a full-time role by leading knowledge management practices to enhance service quality and efficiency across OIT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and govern knowledge management strategies and standards for content accuracy and quality
  • Organize and manage enterprise knowledge repositories, ensuring user-focused content is current and searchable
  • Collaborate with service desk and technical teams to capture solutions and improve incident resolution processes
Required Qualifications
  • Must meet contract citizenship/work authorization requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • 2-4 years of experience in knowledge management or related IT roles, with additional experience considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management frameworks and ITIL practices
