Job Summary

Knowledge Manager leads knowledge management practices in a full-time role to enhance service quality and operational efficiency by developing and governing knowledge content for the SEC Infrastructure Support Services contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge management strategy aligned with service objectives and governance standards
  • Organize and curate enterprise knowledge repositories, ensuring accuracy and currency of content
  • Collaborate with service desk and technical teams to capture solutions and improve first-contact resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Must meet contract citizenship/work authorization requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • 2-4 years of experience in knowledge management or related IT roles; additional experience may substitute for a degree
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management frameworks and familiarity with ITIL practices
