Job Summary

Transforming unstructured content into machine-readable data, the full-time remote Sr. Associate Knowledge Manager will manage knowledge systems to support an AI-first operating model, ensuring data accuracy and enhancing operational efficiency for frontline teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare knowledge systems for Retrieval-Augmented Generation by cleaning and formatting unstructured content
• Certify data sources and enforce metadata labeling while archiving outdated content to prevent AI hallucinations
• Establish reporting mechanisms to identify and remediate data quality issues impacting AI performance

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in content auditing, deduplication, and migration for AI-ready knowledge repositories
• Experience designing metadata frameworks and relational data models for structured information architectures
• Deep understanding of large language models and their application in content governance practices
• Proficiency in managing knowledge management platforms like Confluence and Highspot
• Established data governance standards and content quality controls across cross-functional teams
