Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Product Owner to oversee the lifecycle of knowledge management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on knowledge management strategies and content governance
• Collaborate with various teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for knowledge management systems
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements based on user feedback and engagement metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Knowledge or similar knowledge management systems
• Experience with learning management systems like LearnUpon
• Bachelor's degree in information services, IT, computer science, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner
• Proven experience in Agile development environments
