Job Summary

To solve scaling challenges, the full-time remote Knowledge Systems Lead will build and execute a comprehensive content governance framework, evaluate and implement a company-wide learning management system, and design role-specific learning paths to enhance employee onboarding and customer education.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive content governance framework for internal and external knowledge bases
• Evaluate, select, and implement a company-wide learning management system to reduce support tickets
• Design and launch role-specific learning paths to improve employee productivity and performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience building knowledge systems from scratch with measurable impact
• Data-driven decision-making ability to analyze support tickets and identify content gaps
• Experience in cross-functional influence without authority in a collaborative environment
• Systems thinking and process design experience for scalable governance frameworks
• Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced settings
