Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Knowledge Systems & Automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the self-service roadmap, balancing automation with human support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Audit and evolve the Help Center's information architecture and metadata for optimal user experience and AI readiness
  • Oversee chatbot improvements and manage the content lifecycle to ensure accurate and discoverable resources
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Knowledge Management, Technical Documentation, or Content Strategy, preferably in SaaS
  • Proficiency in knowledge base platforms, CRMs, and conversational AI/chatbots
  • Strong information architecture skills with experience in building scalable knowledge structures
  • Hands-on leadership ability to manage content and chatbot flows directly
