Knowledge Transfer Project Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the successful transition of the CMS Drug Data Processing System, the full-time Knowledge Transfer Project Analyst will coordinate knowledge transfer, asset management, onboarding, and operational readiness activities in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate structured sessions between outgoing and incoming teams to ensure clear documentation and accessibility of information
• Maintain comprehensive transition inventories and track completeness of system documentation and operational procedures
• Monitor onboarding and readiness activities for personnel, ensuring timely completion of background checks and system access provisioning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years in IT transition management or knowledge management on federal IT contracts
• Demonstrated experience in managing knowledge transfer and transition documentation on federal O&M contract transitions
• Experience with developing transition inventories and onboarding trackers
• Proficiency in document management and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, GitHub, and JIRA
• Ability to pass CMS and internal required background checks for public trust
