Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Client Advocate (Korean) - Remote (Southeast).

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve employer health benefit issues, including billing, enrollment, and claims
  • Act as a liaison with insurance carriers and assist clients with the appeal process
  • Engage with clients and employees to provide guidance on benefits and claims issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • At least 1 year of insurance experience in claims resolution or health insurance customer service
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • State Life and Health Insurance License required
  • Fluency in Korean, both spoken and written
  • Continuous education in industry coursework is encouraged
