Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and provider inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
  • Documents all communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Ability to work between the hours of 11AM-9PM EST
  • Experience with multitasking using multiple systems preferred
