Job Summary

A company is looking for a Korean Bilingual Virtual Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians
• Ensure compliance with medical record documentation and update patient information
• Perform clerical duties to enhance provider productivity and clinic workflow

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM
• Webcam, noise-cancelling headset, and a minimum internet speed of 30mbps
• Dedicated workspace at home for remote work
