Job Summary
To support the development of engaging language learning content, the contract-based Korean-Japanese Curriculum Designer will manage the Korean-Japanese curriculum and content projects, focusing on creating high-quality materials for Korean speakers learning Japanese in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Korean-Japanese curriculum and high-priority content projects from planning to execution
- Manage content projects to ensure alignment with brand philosophy and cultural relevance for learners
- Iterate and maintain content based on user feedback, testing, and quality assurance
Required qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Korean with strong cultural understanding of the market
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written
- Experience in Japanese education content planning or instructional design
- Exceptional user empathy with a deep understanding of Korean learner needs
- Strong technical fluency with modern tools and ability to work independently
