Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Commercial Contracts Counsel to provide fractional, remote legal counsel on commercial matters in South Korea.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial teams with contract review, drafting, and negotiation in Korean
• Provide guidance on local negotiation customs and business practices
• Assist with business-related integrations during regional expansion

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial contracts law, preferably with in-house counsel experience
• Fluency in Korean with professional legal proficiency
• Strong familiarity with Korean business practices and negotiation customs
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
