Korean Licensed Legal Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the LEPS team as a full-time remote Korean Licensed Legal Engineer, the Product Specialist will build trust with legal teams in Korea, drive adoption of AI solutions, and provide consultative support to enhance legal effectiveness and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams by understanding their workflows and providing tailored guidance on incorporating AI solutions
- Design and lead onboarding sessions and training workshops to maximize the value of the platform for Korean-speaking legal professionals
- Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams to shape product development for the Korean market
Required qualifications
- Korean legal qualification or equivalent with 3+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier law firm
- Fluency in Korean and English, capable of operating seamlessly in both languages
- Strong executive engagement skills with the ability to build credibility with key decision-makers
- Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences
- Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges, with an interest in AI's impact on the legal industry
