Job Summary

A company is looking for a Korean-Speaking Virtual Assistant for Medical Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians
• Ensure medical record compliance and update patient health information
• Monitor lab results and perform clerical duties to improve clinic workflow

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM
• Webcam, noise-canceling headset, and a minimum 30mbps internet speed
• Dedicated workspace at home for remote work
