Job Summary
A company is looking for a Korean-Speaking Virtual Assistant for Medical Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians
- Ensure medical record compliance and update patient health information
- Monitor lab results and perform clerical duties to improve clinic workflow
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM
- Webcam, noise-canceling headset, and a minimum 30mbps internet speed
- Dedicated workspace at home for remote work
