Korean Speaking Senior Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Development Director who is fluent in Korean and has experience leading cross-discipline game development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple cross-discipline development projects, ensuring successful delivery and completion
• Manage a small team of Development Directors and/or Producers, providing coaching and mentoring
• Support product development leadership in achieving quarterly goals and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years leading cross-discipline game development teams in a senior Development Director or Production role
• 2+ years recent experience leading development on console/PC platforms in a AAA game environment
• 8+ years combined experience developing PC or Console games
• Experience with agile project management processes
• Passion for developing amazing video games
