Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer/Supplier Support Associate (Korean speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with suppliers to gather compliance information and assist with compliance requests
  • Engage with unresponsive suppliers through various channels and provide education on compliance
  • Validate compliance data and act as a peer mentor to Supplier Support Agents


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher diploma from a recognized institution
  • 1-2 years of related work experience in administration, reporting, or customer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications
  • Basic to intermediate regulatory knowledge to assist suppliers
  • Fluency in English and Korean; additional languages are an asset
