Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer/Supplier Support Associate (Korean speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with suppliers to gather compliance information and assist with compliance requests
- Engage with unresponsive suppliers through various channels and provide education on compliance
- Validate compliance data and act as a peer mentor to Supplier Support Agents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher diploma from a recognized institution
- 1-2 years of related work experience in administration, reporting, or customer support
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications
- Basic to intermediate regulatory knowledge to assist suppliers
- Fluency in English and Korean; additional languages are an asset
