Job Summary

Fluent in Korean and passionate about storytelling, the Freelance Korean Translator will translate and refine video scripts from English to Korean while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Translate scripts from English to Korean using AI tools and proofread AI-generated translations for accuracy
• Ensure translations maintain the original meaning and tone, adapting content for cultural relevance and dubbing suitability
• Collaborate with the production team to deliver high-quality translations and voiceovers that align with project deadlines

Required qualifications

• Proven experience translating from English to Korean
• Familiarity with AI translation and voice generation tools
• Experience translating or localizing content for a young audience is a plus
• Knowledge of Korean pop culture, slang, idioms, and trendy terms is advantageous
• Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently
