Kronos Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Kronos Business Analyst (Oracle Business Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide user support, while developing plans for problem resolution
• Analyze requirements and design solutions for system enhancements and fixes, managing projects related to Kronos and HRMS
• Ensure quality assurance standards are applied throughout the software development life-cycle and assist in user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field with four years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with six years of experience; or Associate's degree with seven years of experience; or eight years of relevant experience
• Experience as a Human Resources business analyst with Oracle and Kronos in an academic medical center or related organization
• Experience in providing quality assurance and testing support in a software development environment
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle and Kronos applications
• Ability to develop detailed user requirements and execute test scenarios for software enhancements
