Kubernetes AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Kubernetes / AWS DevOps Engineer to support federal healthcare modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support architectural vision for scalable, automated, and secure VA Lighthouse platforms
• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters and implement monitoring and observability solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud platforms and DevOps engineering
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including design and scaling
• Strong understanding of networking layers (L4-L7) within AWS environments
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Cilium or Istio
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
