Kubernetes Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Kubernetes Engineer to join their OpenShift/Kubernetes Platform team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture, engineering, and operations of OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters on GCP and Azure
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and oversee financial management of budgets and resources
- Drive automation initiatives and collaborate with teams to define the platform's strategic direction and roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Deep technical expertise with OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure management on GCP and/or Azure
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools
