Kubernetes Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Kubernetes Engineer will manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments, with a focus on AWS core services, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, preferably EKS, in production settings
• Utilize scripting (Python) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) for deployment processes
• Implement CI/CD systems and container build/deploy workflows effectively

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster management
• Familiarity with AWS core services
• Experience in scripting with Python
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
• Exposure to application architecture (Java and/or Python) and observability tools is a plus
