Job Summary
Supporting mission requirements, the full-time Kubernetes Engineer will configure, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters while integrating monitoring solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for various IL environments, ensuring integration with ESRI ArcGIS services
- Develop and manage Helm charts and Kubernetes Operators for automated deployment and scaling of ESRI services
- Integrate Kubernetes-native monitoring and logging solutions to support observability and compliance across environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related field, or five years of equivalent experience in Kubernetes administration
- Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and troubleshooting containerized applications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Proficient in Kubernetes cluster orchestration, container networking, and automation of CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes monitoring/logging tools
