Kubernetes Principal Consultant

Job Summary

Kubernetes Principal Consultant, responsible for leading the strategic implementation of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM) in a remote, full-time role focused on optimizing multi-cluster operations and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and finalize ACM architecture to support diverse deployment topologies and disaster recovery requirements
• Lead the development of custom Grafana dashboards for actionable data insights and implement a performant alerting framework
• Establish a GitOps-based governance process for managing cluster configurations and automating operations

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• Deep expertise in implementing and configuring Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) for multi-cluster observability
• Proven experience using ArgoCD for Day-2 cluster configurations and automated drift mitigation
• Expert-level capability in Grafana and Prometheus/Alertmanager for alerting frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Ansible for automating platform deployments and managing infrastructure-as-code workflows
