KYC Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Know Your Customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer KYC, onboarding, and periodic review processes, ensuring documentation of policies and procedures
• Manage case volumes to ensure timely execution and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead and develop a team of KYC analysts, driving quality and risk-based decision-making across onboarding and review activities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporate customers
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of analysts
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the crypto sector
• Bachelor's degree required; a quantitative, technical, or data-oriented degree preferred
• CAMS, CFCS, CFE, or similar certification preferred
