KYC Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the KYC team, the full-time KYC Compliance Manager will manage customer onboarding processes, ensure adherence to service-level agreements, and lead a team of analysts while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance compliance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer KYC onboarding and periodic review processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Oversee case volumes and maintain quality in Customer Risk Acceptance memos through constructive feedback
• Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements to improve KYC workflows and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporate customers
• 1+ years of experience managing teams of analysts in a compliance environment
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the cryptocurrency sector
• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled tools in compliance workflows
• Bachelor's degree required; a quantitative, technical, or data-oriented degree preferred
