Key Responsibilities

Drive the execution of the KYC Oversight program
Build a comprehensive KYC Compliance QA/QC framework
Lead initiatives within KYC Compliance to solve complex problems creatively

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in BSA/AML KYC with a US financial institution
Experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) within KYC
Experience conducting enhanced due diligence for clients
Comprehensive knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulations
A proven track record of high-quality KYC work
