Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - KYC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical and operational guidance on risk decisioning strategies
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Risk teams to monitor product usage and recommend improvements
  • Manage client-facing communications and advocate for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in a tech industry client-facing role, preferably in a managerial or consulting capacity
  • Deep understanding of KYB, KYC, AML, and CDD regulations
  • Technical aptitude with web applications and web services APIs
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science
  • Prior experience with KYC/Credit/Risk decisioning systems and familiarity with tools like Zendesk and JIRA
